Attendee experience design.
Responsible for all marketing efforts and promotion schedule among email campaigns, social media platforms, and co-event promotions.
Maintain relationships with venue, caterer, decorators, AV & other vendors. Negotiation on scheduling, pricing and planning and communication of event details.
Coordinate food & beverage: buffet lunches, all-day beverage service, reception with hosted bar & passed hors d'oeuvres.
