Event features: Over 500 Realtors® and industry executives gathered teams to participate in the 2-part bowl-a-thon to raise money for local charities. Local companies submitted various prizes to add to the excitement.
My role: Design, plan and produce event within budget. Graphic design of digital materials and on-site event signage & branding. Responsible for all marketing efforts and promotion schedule among email campaigns, social media platforms, and co-event promotions. Maintain relationships with venues, caterers, decorators, AV & other vendors; negotiation on scheduling, pricing and planning and communication of event details.
